We offer Aikido classes 6 days a week, as well as yoga and beginning meditation classes (Zen). Kids classes are held three times a week. Teens and adults are welcome to join any class. Every month, there is a special first Saturday class from 10-11 PM which sets the training theme for the month, and is taught by Graham Sensei.

Kids: Ages 6 to 12. Age-appropriate techniques, rolling and falling, and games.
Basics: Covers foundations (footwork, striking, rolling). All levels welcome, emphasis on basics.
All Levels: The ability to fall and roll is expected for this class. All levels are welcome.
Weapons: Basic instruction in bokken (sword) and jo (staff) forms. All levels welcome.
Yoga: Beginner level with a focus on gentle flow and restorative yoga.
Zen: Beginning meditation. An introduction to sitting with two 20-minute sitting periods.
